Dental İmplant Bölgesi Preparasyonu İçin Basitleştirilmiş Frezleme Yöntemi ile Konvansiyonel Frezleme Yönteminin Karşılaştırılması

Yıl 2023, Cilt: 4 Sayı: 1, 22 - 29, 07.08.2023

Bu çalışmanın amacı, dental implant
yuvasının hazırlığı için kullanılan iki farklı
frezleme protokolünün implant stabilitesi ve
preparasyon süresi açısından
karşılaştırılmasıydı. Dental implant cerrahisine
uzunluğu ve yuvaların açılma süreleri not
alınmıştır. Elde edilen verilere göre, her iki
grup arasında implant stabiliteleri açısından
fark görülmezken, basitleştirilmiş frezleme
protokolü kullanılan yuvaların geleneksel
frezlemeye göre daha uzun sürede hazırlandığı
görülmüştür.

The aim of this study was to
compare two different drilling protocols used
for dental implant socket preparation on the
topic of implant stability and preparation time.
On dental implant surgery specific mandibular
artificial bone models, simplified drilling (using
only pilot drill and final drill) in one group and
conventional drilling (using all drills of
increasing diameters, including pilot drill and
final drill) in the other group was used. The
length of the implant in the socket which placed
under constant torque and the preparation
times of the sockets were noted. According to
the data obtained, there was no difference
between the two groups in terms of implant
stability, but it was observed that the sockets
using the simplified drilling protocol were
prepared in a longer time than the conventional
drilling.
