KONJENİTAL DİŞ EKSİKLİĞİNDE GÜNCEL TEDAVİ SEÇENEKLERİ

Öz

 Konjenital diş eksikliğinin tedavisi
multidisipliner bir yaklaşımla değerlendirilmelidir. Konjenital diş
eksikliğinin etiyolojisi tam olarak bilinmemekle birlikte, genetik ve çevresel
faktörlerin etkili olduğu bildirilmiştir. Klinisyen; ağızdaki mevcut dişlerin
durumuna, okluzyona, beslenmeye, fonetiğe ve estetiğe dikkat etmelidir. Tedavi
seçenekleri; protetik tedaviden önce ortodontik açıdan boşluk açma ya da
kapatma, süt dişinin adeziv materyaller ile restorasyonu, süt dişine kök-kanal
tedavisi, sabit veya hareketli çocuk protezleri, implant destekli protezler,
ototransplantasyon veya dişin çekimi bulunmaktadır.
