KEMO-MEKANİK ÇÜRÜK UZAKLAŞTIRMA SİSTEMİNİN (CARISOLV) DENTİN BAĞLAYICI AJANLARIN HİBRİDİZASYONUNA ETKİSİ

Öz

Çalışmamızda kemo-mekanik çürük uzaklaştırma sistemi Carisolv’ün, çürükten etkilenmiş dentin yüzeyine uygulanan farklı
yapıdaki dentin bağlayıcı ajanların adezyonuna etkisinin SEM ile incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
Çekimine karar verilmiş, milimetrik ölçekli ısırma radyografileri ve DIAGNOdent ölçümleri ile lezyon derinliklerinin benzer
olduğu saptanan 10 adet oklüzal çürüklü ve kontrol amacıyla 4 adet sağlam 1. ve 2. büyük azı dişleri toplanmıştır. Toplanan
dişler daha sonra mesio-distal planda kesilmiştir. Çürüklü ve sağlam örnek yüzeylerine Carisolv uygulanmasından sonra
birisi self-etch ve diğeride de total-etch dentin adeziv olan dentin bağlayıcı materyalleri uygulanmıştır. Restorasyonlar daha
sonra bir hibrit kompozit materyali uygulanarak tamamlanmış ve örnekler gerekli hazırlama aşamalarından sonra SEM’de
incelenmiştir.
Yapılan SEM incelemesinde Carisolv ile çürüğün uzaklaştırılmasından sonra çürükten etkilenmiş dentinde, sağlam dentin
örneklerine göre daha kısa reçine uzantılarının oluştuğu gözlenmiştir. Total-etch adeziv sistem, self-etch adeziv sisteme göre
çürükten etkilenmiş dentinde daha fazla sayıda reçine uzantıları oluşturmuştur. Her iki adeziv sistemde, sağlam dentin
örneklerinde çürükten etkilenmiş dentin örneklerine oranla daha uzun reçine uzantıları sergilenmiştir.
