Orthodontic management of maxillary impacted canines was considered as difficult problems by many of the orthodontists. Possible root resorptions of adjacent teeth during eruption, requirement of particular mechanics different from routine techniques, more complicated anchorage necessity could be determined as the reasons that make this treatment difficult. In this study, orthodontic treatment of 2 patients who had impacted maxillary canines was presented. As an eruption appliance, a Kilroy spring which is a constant force module and getting anchorage from maxillary arch was used.
