Öz
Endodontic failures may arise from inadequate
aseptic control; unsuitable entrance cavity;
inadequacies in cleaning, shaping and sealing;
overlooked canals; iatrogenical mistakes; loss of
coronal filling after root canal treatment and repetitive
infection in root canal system. Intracanal irregularites,
root perforations, furcation perforations, strip
perforation and seperated instruments can be included
in endodontical iatrogenical problems. In addition to
these problems, failure in obtaning the canals and
material is also an iatrogenical fault. In this article,
repetitive root canals of 2 premolar and 2 molar teeth
which have been made by inappropriate sealing
material and which consist of apical lesions with
inadequate working length have been presented.

KÖK KANALLARI HEDSTRÖM EĞELERLE DOLDURULAN 2 PREMOLAR VE 2 MOLAR DİŞİN TEKRARLAYAN KANAL TEDAVİLERİ: OLGU SUNUMU
Öz
Endodontik başarısızlıklar yetersiz aseptik kontrol, uygun olmayan giriş kavitesi, temizleme, şekillendirme ve tıkama yetersizlikleri ve gözden kaçan kanallar, iyatrojenik yanlışlıklar, kök kanal tedavisi sonrası koronal dolgunun kaybı ile kök kanal sisteminin tekrar enfeksiyonu sonucunda oluşabilir. Endodontik iyatrojenik problemlere kanal içi düzensizlikler, kök perforasyonları, furkasyon perforasyonları, strip perforasyon ve kırık alet varlığı dahil edilebilir. Bu hatalara ek olarak kanalların uygun şekilde ve uygun materyalle doldurulmaması da iyatrojenik bir hatadır. Bu makalede uygun olmayan tıkama materyali kullanılarak yapılmış yetersiz çalışma boyuna sahip apikal lezyonları bulunan 2 küçük azı ve 2 büyük azı dişin tekrarlayan kök kanal tedavileri sunulmuştur.
