Biyokimyasal Kemik Belirteçleri

Öz

Osteopatilerin teşhis, tedavi ve izlenmesinde radyolojik teknikler ile korole olarak kullanılmakta olan klinik öneme sahip birçok biyokimyasal kemik belirteci bulunmaktadır. Biyokimyasal kemik belirteçleri kemik oluşum ve rezorbsiyon hızlarının göstergesi olarak kabul edilirler. Ayrıca biyokimyasal kemik belirteçleri radyolojik yöntemler ile karşılaştırıldığında, örnek toplanmasının kolay olması, test maliyetinin düşüklüğü, uygulanabilirlik, kemik hastalıklarının izlenmesinde kısa zaman aralıkları ile yararlanabilme ve tekrarlayabilme gibi avantajları nedeniyle de önem kazanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada osteopatilerde teşhis ve izleminde kullanılmakta olan biyokimyasal belirteçleri değerlendirilmiştir.

Biochemical Bone Markers

Öz

There are many biochemical bone markers that are used as a chorole with radiological techniques in the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of osteopathies have clinical importance. Biochemical bone markers are considered as indicators of bone formation and resorption rates. In addition, when biochemical bone markers are compared with radiological methods, it gain impoertance because of its advantages such as easy sample collection, low test cost, applicability, short time intervals in monitoring bone diseases, and repetition . In this study, biochemical markers used in diagnosis and follow-up in osteopathies were evaluated.
