Kanal Tedavili Dişte Oluşan Komplike Kron Kırığının Fiber Post Destekli Zirkonya Kron Tedavisi

Abstract

Endodontik tedavi görmüş dişlerde kron, kron-kök ya da kök kırıkları görülebilmektedir. Bu durum preparasyon sırasında diş yapısından fazla miktarda madde kaldırılması, dolgu yapılırken fazla kuvvet uygulanması yada koronal restorasyonun yetersiz planlanması sonucu meydana gelmektedir. Bu tür durumlarda eğer aşırı derecede kron harabiyeti meydana gelmişse ve kırık hattı diş etinin altına doğru uzanıyorsa periodontal cerrahi desteği ile birlikte bir restorasyon düşünülmelidir. Bununla birlikte bu tür dişlerde periodontal cerrahi desteği ile birlikte uygulanan cam fiber destekli post ve zirkonyum kron ile tedavisi hem estetik hem de fonksiyon açısından tatmin edici bir tedavi yöntemidir. Bu olgu sunumunda ; posterior dişlerde çeşitli nedenlere bağlı olarak diş eti altına kadar uzanan komplike kron kırığı sonucu kaybedilen fonksiyon ve estetiğinin fiber post ve zirkonya destekli tam seramik restorasyon ile kazandırılması ve takibi bir klinik vaka üzerinden anlatılmıştır.
