Abstract
Amaç: Direkt minimal invaziv kompozit restorasyonlar ile estetik bir görünüm sağlamak ve takip sürecinde hastalara bağlı faktörlerin restorasyon prognozuna etkilerini değerlendirmektir.
Vaka Raporu: Kliniğimize başvuran farklı yaş gruplarındaki iki hastada anterior dişlerindeki multidiastemalar, bir hastada diastema ve aks bozukluğu, bir hastada ise multidiastema ve periodontal kayıp nedeniyle mobilite şikayeti olması nedenleriyle direkt kompozit rezinler ile konservatif ve estetik restorasyonlar yapılmıştır.
Klinik Sonuç/lar: Vakaların ilk 6 aylık kontrollerinde genel olarak restorasyonların başarılı bir şekilde kullanıldığı görülürken, herhangi bir renklenme veya kırık tespit edilmedi. Hastaların Covid-19 pandemisinin ilerleyen dönemlerindeki 1 yıllık kontrollerinde oral hijyenlerinde kötüleşme ile bazı restorasyonların insizalinde küçük kırıkların varlığı tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; hastaya bağlı faktörlerin anterior estetik restorasyonların prognozunda belirleyici olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.
