Adeziv Sistemlerin ve Kompozit Rezin Materyallerin Derin Dentine Bağlanma Dayanımlarının İncelenmesi: in vitro çalışma

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, düz dentin yüzeylerinde 2 farklı adeziv sistemin ve 3 farklı kompozit rezinin dentine mikrogerilim bağlanma kuvvetinin (µTBS) belirlenmesi ve bağlanma dayanımı üzerine etkisinin incelenmesidir.
Gereç ve Yöntemler: 24 adet insan 3. büyük azı dişinde düz derin dentin yüzeyleri hazırlanmıştır. Dişler rastgele seçilerek, Self-etch (Futurabond M SingleDose VOCO) ve Total-etch (37% fosforik asit Condac 37, Adeziv 200T 3M) olmak üzere iki gruba ayrılmıştır. Gruplar 3’er alt gruba ayrılmak üzere, 3 farklı kompozit rezin (X-tra Fill VOCO, SonicFill Kerr, Grandio VOCO) uygulanarak restore edilmiştir. Tüm dişlerin merkezinden 6’şar adet çubuk şeklinde numune elde edilmiştir. Tüm numunelere mikrogerilim testi uygulanmıştır. İstatistiksel analiz testleri Sigmaplot 12.5 paket programında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kruskal-Wallis ve Tukey testleri kullanılmıştır.Bulgular: Grupların median değerleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu görülmüştür (p=0,010). Tukey testinin sonuçlarına göre (p<0.05); Adeziv 200T 3M grubunda, Grandio VOCO (incremental) kompozit ile X-tra Fill VOCO (bulk) kompozit (p=0.008) ve SonicFill Kerr (bulk) kompozit rezinin (p=0.022) makaslama bağlanma dayanımı verileri arasındaki farklılık istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur. Futurabond M SingleDose grubunda ise kompozitlerin makaslama bağlanma dayanımı verileri ile arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık görülmemiştir (p>0.05).
Sonuç: Dentine bağlanma dayanımlarında adeziv sistemler arasında fark görülmezken; geleneksel incremental kompozit, Bulk-fill kompozitlerden daha başarılı bulunmuştur.
