HİPOMİNERALİZE MİNE DEFEKTLERİNİN VİTAL BEYAZLATMA SONRASI ER:YAG LAZER İLE MİNİMAL İNVAZİV REHABİLİTASYONU: OLGU SUNUMU

Abstract


Diş hekimliği uygulamalarında fonksiyon ve fonasyonun yanısıra doğal diş
estetiğinin de hastaya yeniden kazandırılması gün geçtikçe önem kazanmaktadır.
Estetik sorunların çözümünde günümüzde daha konservatif tedavi seçenekleri
tercih edilmektedir. Son yıllarda teknolojik gelişmeleri takiben lazer
uygulamaları oldukça popüler hale gelmiştir. Lazer teknolojisindeki
gelişmelerle beraber her geçen gün lazerin diş hekimliğinde kullanımı ile
ilgili olarak yeni olanaklar ortaya çıkmaktadır. Diğer geleneksel yöntemlere
göre lazer uygulaması, lazer ışınının kolaylıkla yönlendirilebilmesi ve yüksek
miktarda enerjinin küçük noktalara odaklanabilmesi nedeniyle oldukça ileri bir
tedavi yöntemidir. Bu vaka sunumunda; ön
grup dişlerdeki mine defektlerinin vital beyazlatma uygulaması sonrası, Er:YAG
lazer ile defekten minimal doku kaldırılıp, direkt kompozit rezin ile
restorasyonunun tamamlanması hedeflenmiştir.
