Üniversal adezivlerin vital beyazlatma yapılmış dişlerde bağlanma dayanımına etkisi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı
hidrojen peroksit içerikli vital beyazlatma uygulamasını takiben uygulanan
universal bir adeziv sistemin mineye mikro makaslama bağlanma dayanımı
kuvvetinin değerlendirilmesidir.

Gereç ve Yöntemler:Bu amaçla, çekilmiş 60
mandibular premolar dişin düzleştirilmiş labiyal mine yüzeylerine % 40 hidrojen
peroksit içeren jel (Opalescence Boost) uygulanmıştır. Yapay tükürük içerisinde
iki haftalık bekleme süresini takiben dişler uygulanacak adeziv sistemlere göre
4 gruba ayrılmıştır (n=15); Single Bond Universal (etch&rinse modunda) (SBUE)
(3M ESPE), Single Bond Universal (self-etch modunda) (SBUS), One Step (OS)
(Bisco),
  Adper Easy One (AEO) (3M ESPE).
Mine yüzeylerine adeziv sistemlerin uygulanmasını takiben tygon tüpler ile
kompozit rezin materyal yerleştirilmiş ve mikro makaslama bağlanma dayanımı
testi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kopma yüzeyi ve kırılma tipleri SEM ile
incelenmiştir. 

Bulgular: SBUE hem kendi kontrol
grubuna oranla (SBUS) hem de diğer tüm gruplara göre istatistiksel olarak
anlamlı ölçüde yüksek bağlanma değerleri sunmuştur (p<0.05). Bunu sırasıyla
OS, SBUS ve AEO grupları takip etmiştir. 

Sonuçlar: Hidrojen peroksit ile
vital beyazlatma işlemi sonrasında uygulanan üniversal adeziv etch&rinse
sistemde uygulandığında daha yüksek mikro makaslama bağlanma dayanımı gösterir.
