Pleomorfik Adenomu Taklit Eden Palatal Minör Tükürük Bezlerinden Kaynaklanan Düşük Dereceli Mukoepidermoid Karsinom: Bir Vaka Raporu
Abstract
Mukoepidermoid karsinom en yaygın görülen malign tükürük bezi tümörüdür. Genellikle parotis bezinde görülmesine rağmen minör tükürük bezlerinde de özellikle palatal bölgede sıklıkla görülmektedir. Başlangıçta asemptomatik genişleme şeklindedir, ilerleyen zamanlarda fasiyal paralizi ve ağrı ile seyredebilir. Histolojik olarak: epidermoid hücreler mukoid hücreler ve şeffaf hücreler içerir. Bu olgu raporundaki amaç kliniğimize dental muayene için başvuran herhangi bir sistemik hastalığı olmayan 23 yaşında kadın hastanın kendisinin de farkında olmadığı, maksilla sağ posterior palatal bölgede şişlik şeklinde izlenen, yüzeyinde ülserasyon görülmeyen, pembe sağlıklı mukoza ile örtülü asemptomatik düşük dereceli mukoepidermoid karsinomun radyolojik ve klinik özelliklerini tanımlamaktır.
