Işıkla Sertleşen Kompozit Rezinlerin Farklı Kalınlıklardaki Translusensi Parametrelerinin Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı kompozit rezinlerin translusensi değerlerini karşılaştırmaktır. Çalışmada beş adet tek renkli (Charisma Topaz ONE, OMNICHROMA, Clearfil Majesty ES-2 Universal, Vittra APS Unique ve ZenChroma) ve altı çok renkli (G-ænial A'CHORD, Essentia Universal, OptiShade, Estelite Asteria, Filtek Universal ve Filtek Z250) kompozit rezinler çalışmada kullanılmıştır. Her grup için beş numune hazırlanmıştır (7 mm çapında, 1-2 mm kalınlığında). L, a ve b değerlerini belirlemek için VITA Easyshade ve Konica spektrofotometreleri kullanılmıştır. Tüm ölçümler standart bir ışık kaynağı ve siyah-beyaz arka plan kullanılarak aynı odada alınmıştır. Veriler, Kruskall–Wallis H ve Mann–Whitney U testleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Grupların translusensi parametreleri (TP) karşılaştırıldığında, tek renkli kompozitlerin değerleri, çok renkli kompozitlere göre daha yüksek çıkmıştır. Malzemelerin TP değerlerindeki farklılıklar kalınlık açısından istatistiksel olarak anlamlıdır (p<0,05). 1 mm numunelerin TP değerleri, 2 mm numunelerden daha yüksektir. Translusensi değeri materyallerin kalınlığı ve rengi, matriksinin ve dolgu maddelerinin bileşimi ve dolgu maddelerinin boyutu ve şekli gibi birçok faktörden etkilenebilir. Tek renk kompozitler, 1 mm ve 2 mm restorasyonlarda yüksek translusent özellik göstermesi sebebiyle, çok renk kompozitlere göre daha estetik sonuçlara ulaşabilecektir.
