Replacement of Fractured Teeth in One Visit with CAD-CAM Technique: Case Report

Abstract

The present case report series demonstrate the effective usage of CEREC 3 Omnicam system for fabricatin gendodontically treated and fractured teeth in one appointment. By this methodology, production stages of restorations are reduced and technical errors in production were minimized. The traditional methods of ceramic restoration fabrication have been described to be timeconsuming, technique sensitive and unpredictable due to the many variables and CAD/CAM may be a good alternative for both the dentists and laboratories. Restorations can be delivered to the patient in one visit and described fabricating method can be presented as an alternative method to other conventional techniques

Abstract

Bu olgu sunumu serisi, kanal tedavisi görmüş ve kırılmış dişlerin tek seansta CEREC 3 Omnicam sistemin efektif kullanımı ile tedavisini sunmaktadır. Bu üretim metodolojisi sayesinde üretim aşamaları azaltılmış ve hata oranı minimalize edilmiştir. Seramik restorasyonların konvansiyonel üretim metodolojileri ile üretimleri zaman alıcı ve öngörülemez sonuçlar ortaya koymaktadır dolayısı ile CAD-CAM üretim teknolojisi gerek diş hekimleri gerekse laboratuvarlar için iyi bir alternatif sunmaktadırlar. Restorasyonlar, hastalara tek seansta teslim edilebilmektedir ve tarif edilen üretim metodolojisi diğer konvansiyonel üretim tekniklerine alternatif olarak sunulabilir
