FARKLI ÜRETİM NUMARALI BİR UNİVERSAL ADEZİV REZİNİN MAKASLAMA BAĞLANMA DAYANIMININ DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı farklı üretim numaralı bir universal adeziv rezinin makaslama bağlanma dayanımının değerlendirilmesidir.
Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu çalışmada toplam 30 adet çekilmiş, çürüksüz, daimî molar insan dişleri ve üç farklı lot numaralı üniversal adeziv sistem Hybrid Bond One (Sun Medical, Japan) ve Novo Compo-HS (Imicryl, Türkiye) kompozit kullanıldı. Okluzal bölgedeki mine dokusunun uzaklaştırılması için dişler su soğutması altında elmas disk ile uzun eksenlerine dik şekilde kesildi. Düz dentin yüzeyleri elde etmek için dişlerin kesilen yüzeyleri zımparalandı. Kesilen dişler 3 gruba ayrılarak farklı üretim numaralı adeziv rezinler ve kompozit rezin ile restore edildi. Gruplardaki örnekler distile su içerisinde 24 saat bekletildi. Bu sürenin sonunda örneklere üniversal bir test cihazında (Marestek, Türkiye) 1 mm/dk kuvvetle bağlanma dayanımı testi uygulandı ve elde edilen veriler One Way ANOVA testi ile istatistiksel olarak analiz edildi (p=0,05).
Bulgular: Çalışmada kullanılan farklı üretim numaralı FF3254, FE1888 ve FF3268 adeziv rezinlerin makaslama bağlanma dayanımları sırasıyla 29.68, 29.65 ve 29,51 MPa olarak kaydedildi. Gruplar arası makaslama bağlanma dayanımı testi sonucunda istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunmadı (p>0,05). Grupların hepsi klinik olarak kabul edilebilen 18 MPa değerinin üzerinde bağlanma kuvveti sergiledi.
Sonuç: Çalışmada test edilen farklı üretim numaralı üniversal adeziv rezinlerin standart bir makaslama bağlanma dayanımı sergilemiştir. Adeziv rezinlerin klinik kullanımlarında bağlanma dayanımları güvenli kullanımı için standart bir bağlantı elde etmek önemlidir.
