ENDODONTİK TEDAVİLİ DİŞLERİN RESTORASYONUNDA ADEZİV YAKLAŞIMLAR: LİTERATÜR DERLEMESİ

Abstract

Bu literatür derlemesinin amacı, endodontik tedavi uygulanmış dişlerin protetik olarak restorasyonları ile ilgili güncel gelişmeleri incelemektir. Dişlere uygulanan kanal tedaviler sonrasında dişlerin vitalite ve destek doku kayıplarına bağlı olarak final protetik restorasyonlarında bazı sorunlar ortaya çıkabilmektedir. Bu dişlerin restorasyonunda kök kanalından destek alınarak uygulanan döküm ve/veya prefabrik post korlar ve fiber post sistemleri kullanılmaktadır. Böylece kökten destek alınarak uygulanan post kor restorasyonlar ile madde kaybının neden olduğu retansiyon güçlüğü giderilebilir. Bu restorasyonlarda, kök veya post kırıkları gibi komplikasyonlar görülmesi alternatif restorasyon arayışına neden olmuştur. Adeziv diş hekimliğindeki gelişmeler, kanal tedavili dişlerin geleneksel olarak post ve kor uygulaması ile
restorasyonuna alternatif olarak kalan diş dokularını koruyup mine ve dentine bağlanan bölümlü sabit restorasyonların yapımını gündeme getirmiştir. Endokronlar, adeziv diş hekimliğinden faydalanarak, aşırı madde kayıplı dişlerin kök kanallarına post uygulamadan kabul edilebilir restorasyonunu sağlayabilirler. Restorasyon için kullanılan tam seramikler ile üstün estetik özellikler sağlanabilir. Bu restorasyonların simantasyonu için rezin esaslı simanlar önerilir.
