STAFNE KEMİK KAVİTESİ: İKİ OLGU SUNUMU

Abstract

Stafne kemik kavitesi (SKK) mandibula
lingual korteksinde, genellikle angulus bölgesinde ve alveolar kanal altında izlenen,
yuvarlak/ovoid şekilli, tek taraflı, radyolüsent oluşumlar olarak
tanımlanmaktadır. Yaşamın 5-7. dekatlarında ve erkeklerde daha sık
izlenmektedir. Klinik bir belirti vermedikleri için genellikle rutin radyolojik
muayene esnasında tesadüfen teşhis edilirler. Bu makalede iki hastada rutin radyolojik
muayenede saptanan, mandibula angulus bölge yerleşimli SKK olgusu güncel
literatür bilgileri ışığında sunulmaktadır.
